When I create I use glass and metal instead of paints and canvas, each bracelet captures a feeling or a place or even a person and is one of a kind. While I may make a specific design multiple times each bracelet is unique with no two being exactly alike. Primarily working in Sterling Silver I do design bracelets using Nu-gold a tarnish proof brass with the look of 14k gold without the expense.
In designing my palette is made up of the work of talented internationally known glass and metal artists. Artisan charms by Pam Springall who’s signed charms in fine silver and gold sell for many hundreds of dollars. Lampwork beads collected the world over. Cherie and Celeste, amazing sisters from Sister Beads, Olive Stuart, Magdalena Ruiz, Hanora Masdin to name a few. There are also all the nameless artists producing tribal and ethnic beads by hand around the world. I am constantly searching for the unusual and the beautiful. Each bracelet comes with a “map” of all the special pieces used to create it and where in the world they originated.
